WorkNigeria is seeking a qualified HR Manager to join their team in Asaba, Delta State. This full-time, onsite role is focused on managing human resources within the FMCG sector.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 7-10 years' HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing company.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, HR best practices, and performance management.
Experience managing large operational or factory-based workforces.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
CIPM or other relevant HR certification is an added advantage.
